Connected to SharePoint, the Co-Agent reads your internal document libraries and answers staff questions with a direct link to the source file. Existing permissions are respected, so each user only ever sees answers drawn from documents they are entitled to access, and the knowledge base re-syncs automatically whenever a document changes.
