Document generation is the third module of the Cleed.ai Co-Agent. It produces structured, ready-to-use documents from your own templates — reports, contracts, minutes, official correspondence — and exports them in the format you need.
Reports, contracts, summaries, minutes and regulatory documents follow formats your organisation already knows by heart. Yet each one is rebuilt manually, from a colleague's old file, with the formatting errors that come with it. The result is slow to produce and inconsistent once produced — and inconsistency in outgoing documents is what external readers notice first.
First, pick a template from your catalogue — or simply describe the document you need in plain language and the right one is proposed. Then fill the guided form: recipient, subject and key elements are entered field by field, so nothing is forgotten because nothing is left to free text. Finally, adjust the generated document and export it to DOCX, PDF or HTML, ready to circulate, sign or archive. For volume work, a tabular interface generates documents in batch from a spreadsheet of variables. Every version is kept and timestamped, with a full audit trail of who generated what and when. Templates can be published from one department to another, so an improvement made in one service benefits the rest.
Correspondence, service notes, minutes, deliberations, summary notes, convocations and procurement documents come as standard, and any format specific to your business can be added. Public sector teams use it for minutes, deliberations, municipal orders and replies to citizens. Legal and procurement teams for contracts, notes, opinions and tender documents. HR for standardised employment correspondence. Finance for summary notes and budget reports. Sales and customer service for proposals and structured follow-up documents.
